Why so many modalities?

Consider a radio or TV.   

If the dial is set at one place, classical music pours forth.  If it is set at another place, the weather channel pops up.  Yet another setting, and all the sports scores show up.   

A radio or TV is simply a device for receiving or sending sound frequencies.  What you hear, depends on where you place the dial.

Likewise the energy healer he is simply a device for receiving and sending any of the many healing frequencies.  Tune in to the Reiki station and outcomes Reiki.  Tune in to the Chios station and out comes Chios.

Most healers have many modalities in their tool belt.  Most people will always use the first modality learned most commonly blending in other modalities as needed.

   

If you simply do Reiki, you may find the time when you want to power up.  This doesn't mean you abandon Reiki, simply that you add to it.

You will discover that different situations respond to different energies.  You may be successfully using Reiki for most things but notice that you seem to lack success working with bones.  In this case you might decide to call in the Quantum-Touch frequency.  Or you might find that it takes a lot of energy to clear the chakras.  In this case you might want to call in the Chios frequency.

There's a wide band of healing frequencies available to you You just need to learn how to dial in to the one most useful in your current situation.
