perineum and the BLACK dot stays on the foot - going down to the ground -
and a location approximately 6" below
Color Confusion - pink or green?
- 4th chakra (aka bridge chakra , heart chakra)
- 4th chakra is green
- small chakra behind the heart chakra -the upper heart chakra (aka the thymus)
-upper heart is pink
