Yes, the world is changing and evolving. The energy on this planet is shaking us up, and turning some of us Inside Out or Upside Down. WOW! Sometimes, it’s harsh weather, or relationships may be spiraling out of control, or maybe our pre-conceived expectations with career or education are just not being met. We end up fighting change, instead of Allowing the Universe to provide what is best! Regardless of the label, change is happening. And Change is Good if you are Open to Allowing! How are you dealing with these changes? 

I choose to see the beauty and strength in myself and others during big changes and everyday. I focus on what I want in my life.

 A Pessimist expects ‘bad’ things to come into their life, and they often experience those things, reinforcing their expectations. What they don’t realize is that their outlook influences their outcomes. Whatever we focus on daily with our thoughts, words and actions is actually asking the Universe to bring more of that into our lives. 

Hmm… I focus on happiness, good health, yummy healthy food, loving my business, helping other people, enjoying time with family and friends, nature, music, animals, finding balance, abundant energy… Expecting JOY in everyday life is one of my favorite Sparkling Gemstones!

What do you focus on daily?

Reiki, Chios, Quantum Touch & others - Why & What's the difference

One of the most often questions I get asked is 'What is the difference between healing modalities?" or "If I know reiki, why do I need to know Chios or any other modality? " or "In what situation would I use chios (or any other modality) instead of reiki?"

Good question!   
It is usually answered by comparing energy to a radio signal with the different frequencies as different stations on the dial.  This is a dated attempt to answer an intuitive question with  a logical dated response.  Who uses a radio these days?

ln all modalities, the energy Source is the same.  The difference is that the energy feels different and performs differently depending on the “funnel” that you push it through.

Think of it like cake  decorating.

The source energy is the icing and each energy healing modality is a differrent decorating tip.

When you “intend reiki”, the icing (energy) goes through your “reiki” tip.  It comes out as reiki & behaves like reiki.

• You can change the tip depending on the attunements that you have and the experience that you have.

When you add the breathing & energizing of Quantum Touch, you change the tip that you are using.  You still have the same source energy/icing but  will be delivering it through a different tip and therefore get a different result.

Don’t put off living! BE in the Here and Now!

Are you celebrating being alive today? Do you stop to Smell the ROSES?, or better yet, grow your own? It does not really matter if you are still in school, somewhere trying to find your place in the world, or even being well into your career… Most of us postpone happiness, waiting until that elusive time down the road. Maybe its when you are more financially stable, or you could be waiting until retirement or something else. Stop stalling. Now is the time to celebrate YOU. Go exploring with your family, kids or grandkids. Stop finding excuses. 

We are all unique individuals, with our own hopes and dreams, but most of us are alike in that we want the same things:

• to love and be loved
• to be safe and comfortable
• to be special and needed
• to have excitement and variety, rather than boredom
• to learn and grow
• to have a purpose, to contribute something back

If this sounds like you, don’t put off living any longer! Find your roses! Share your light — the secret to success can be found in Giving. Show your love, make someone else feel special, seek and share ways to bring excitement to others, be open and seek learning. Make these part of your daily activities, and you find those blessings being returned to you many times over. And your roses will be blooming!

How is your life going lately? Are you feeling excited about sharing your talents while you grow, evolve and experience changes that match your desires? Or, are you still stuck in life — trying to control everything and continually hitting road blocks? This happens to many of us as we journey. Myself included.

I realized that opening my heart to The Universe and being clear on what I want (speaking from my heart-not my ego) has made all the difference in the world. I often recommend to my clients, that instead of focusing on a specific job or certain person to solve their problems that they switch their focus to how they want to feel in these situations.

Do you notice a significant shift in the energy? Try options like “I want to feel Loved for Who I am”. Or “I want to Make a Positive Impact on Others”. Even, “I Feel Healthier and Happier every day when I Exercise” and the list goes on and on… Change your perspective and ask the Universe to bring you what you desire or something even better. 

Start by focusing on what you love, or what you used to love and walked away from. Sit quietly with those experiences and tune into what you enjoy most about it? I bet it was fun. What else? Were you creative? Are you using your inherit gifts? Is it new and exciting? How about an adventure? I bet it doesn’t really even feel like much effort anymore? Hmm.. I think you are on to something here!

Wow, so much has been going on!
