To Charge or Not to Charge???

The question of whether or not to charge others when sharing your Spiritual gift looms on.  Before you deal with the next client or family friend remember the following.

- You put out a dollar amount for classes, books, transportation to an educational site. 

- The Reiki did not fall down in your lap and "presto" you  instantly became a polished practitioner. Time and money were involved.

Giving Reiki for free diminishes its value as well as your value as a practitioner.  Giving it for free also pulls the rug out from under the feet of those of us who are dependent on it for a living.  

When you decide to charge for your services, cut-rate prices are not necessary. There are lots of customers out there to support your (and all of our) business. Consider what your local dealers charge and charge competitively.  If you start too low with your pricing, you will set that expectation of bargain low pricing with your customers.

One of the most common statements I get is "I feel awkward setting the fee" or "I don't know how to collect a fee".  If this is the case, just copy my chart below and post it by your cash register. entrance way or even staple it to your business card.
