As children, we all learn the 5 physical senses: see, hear, touch, taste and smell. In addition, we are all born with intuitive, spiritual gifts/clairs that we may or may not be aware of. And if we never learn how to use them, they can start turning off or shutting down. But no worries, you can always wake them up and re-energize these gifts through energy work. 

We each have our own unique combination of abilities. Remember, no need to compare yourself to others abilities (wink). Rarely, do people have all of these at the same time. But, the energy on the planet is really changing and anything is possible. Below is a list of 10 “clair” senses or spiritual gifts: 

• Clairvoyance: Intuitive seeing, transcends time & space
• Claircognizance: Intuitive knowing, psychic knowing without explanation or reason
• Clairaudience: Intuitive hearing, aware of sounds from another realm
• Clairempathy: Intuitive emotional feeling; ability to know & tune into people & their personal energy
• Clairsentience: Intuitive physical feeling; varying degrees of sensing & feelings in the body
• Clairtangency: Intuitive touching, learning from touching an object. Also called psychometry
• Clairsalience Intuitive smelling, aware of scent, odor etc outside of current time & space
• Clairgustance: Intuitive tasting; clearly tasting something without putting it in your mouth
• Claireloquence: Intuitive communication, use precise word/words for coded meaning & desired result
• Clairessence: Intuitive Embodiment, clair of ascension—a state we desire to return to

Remember last weeks column; we are a Soul with a Body, instead of the other way around. Keep tuning into your spiritual guides and angels. When connected to divine, we are much more capable than when we only use the resources of our human bodies. 

Your Claire is your way of connecting with and retrieving  information from the divine and is what gives you your abilty to walk in POWER.

More Powerful Words for Light Workers

There is power in the spoken word.  There is also streng in humilty.

I use this "bookending" with my healing sessions.  It originated as a prayer poured out from one of my students, Punit Vasu in India.  He graciously agreed to allow me to share wiith you.

Begin your session with:

"I seek permission from the Pure Soul of Client for alllowing me to perfrom this energy session on her.

I seek permission from Divine Source, Ascended Masters, and Holy Angels to support this process and fill in and correct any step which I may miss or mis-perform.

I seek permission from My Own Pure Soul to acknowedge and become the Channel between Divine Source and the Pure Soul of Client.

With all permissions secured, I begin the enrgy session."

 

End with:

Powerful Words for All Healers & Light Workers

This channelled invocation is what my healing group uses.

It is done on privately on rising  as well as before giving or participatng in a healing session.

After half a dozen times, it becomes automatic and you will be able to do it without relying on the text.  It covers all the bases and is very powerful.

Prep for Lightworkers

(Cleanse and infill)

I draw down the white light through my crown chakra,   

 allowing it to fill every cell, molecule, and atom 

of my being, 

cleansing and purifying me from all things negative 

–sending them directly to the mineral kingdom, 

where they will be absorbed and renewed.

(Ground)

I ground by sending out golden roots from 

the soles of my feet deep down into the 

center of the earth where mother earth and I become one.

(Attune)

I attune by accessing my higher power – 

God, Spirit, Universe.  

I ask in the attendance of my healing helpers – 

guides, guardians, saints, angels, archangels, 

ancestors, ascended masters, fairies, elementals, 

and others who are in the Light 

and only those who have 

my highest and best good in the light.

(Protect)

I protect by stepping into a golden merkabah

which reflects all negativity 

and protects me on all levels.

Whether you realize it or not, YOU are AMAZING! As I connect with people for life coaching and intuitive readings, I tune into the SOUL of each person. That is where I clearly see your divine strengths, gifts, talents and abilities. I can also help you identify the root of your challenges, repetitive disruptive patterns and weak points. As humans, we often get stuck with the drama/trauma of right now — whether that is Career/Job, Physical Body, Relationships/Romance, Life Purpose, Cash Flow etc. I have a neutral perspective, and because of that, I can see the Big Picture for you. Stop beating yourself up. If you are struggling to reach a goal — simply say to yourself… It’s OK that I have not figured this out YET, because I know I will very soon. I love that word, yet. Change your perspective, take a break, ask for help, find new people or resources to assist.The possibilities are endless.

I am a spiritual person with a deep connection with Angels and Mother Earth. We are all born with our own personal version of these gifts/clairs. However, if you are not taught how to develop these abilities and use them regularly — they can be forgotten or at least a little “dusty” from lack of practice. For example, as children, we often get very good at riding a bike. Starting with a tricycle and working up to a small bicycle with training wheels and then gradually up to a 10-speed or a mountain bike. If as adults, we haven’t ridden a bicycle for years, we may be intimidated to start riding again. Please realize that bicycling is great exercise, you are out in nature and its also a great source of connection with family or friends. Plus, its fun once you get your confidence back! So, start slow and give it a try. There are even adult bicycles with 3 wheels to helps those who feel their balance is challenged—but they still desire the freedom of a bicycle. The same process (use it before you lose it) applies to our spiritual gifts. (*A future article will go deeper into out human senses vs our spiritual gifts/senses/clairs.

Connecting daily with your angels is essential to a meaningful and happy life.

The Greatest Danger…

June is often the time of graduation, whether it is high school, college or beyond for family and friends. Maybe this is a pivotal point in your life/career. A number of times throughout our lives, we evaluate where we are, if and where we want to go and set our goals and ambitions. We also jump to society-based conclusions about how we FEEL we are  doing and compare ourselves to others. Does that sound familiar?

The most insightful and beautiful piece here that we often miss completely, is checking in with “who” we really are at the core. Isn’t that all that really matters when making big decisions? Did you hear that? Stop comparing yourself and do a gut-check. This is the time to check-in with our divine guides, angels, the universe, etc. When you talk to God, Buddha, your guardian angel or whoever you turn to… are you really listening to their response? Or are you too focused on your situation to even pause and reflect? Your answers can come in a variety of ways: repetitive messages from people/places (from people you know or strangers), lyrics in a song, words in a book/movie, repeating angel numbers… or just a grounded knowing. 

You do not need to wait for someone to give you permission to follow your dreams. You will be waiting a long time. Just decide what you really want, and go for it with gusto. Trust your feelings of confidence and passion. Drop your fears and take action. You will never regret it.

Is it Time to Start The Next Chapter?

I love to read! And at times I choose to read a favorite book again because I get more out of the story the second time. However, in life when we get stuck in repeat mode… it is like running on a hamster wheel. We are getting nowhere fast! 

I can relate to this with my health, and also with my purpose in life. After my kids were getting older, I knew I wanted more. I just hoped, wished, dreamed and looked. The only action I took was studying more courses and increasing my education. I expected “people in the know” to somehow have all my answers. For many years, I was reluctant to take bold and decisive action to move forward. I had every excuse in the book (lol). Yet, once I tuned into my higher power and trusted my guidance — I bravely took a passionate step or two, even though it scared me, and I never looked back! 

Whatever keeps coming up for you, it is time to listen and take mindful action. Make a choice and move in the direction of your dreams. Start today, and everyday take another step. Pretty soon, you will be going places! And, it is a lot of fun. Enjoy this journey!
