Think Happy?




Some days it is difficult to "put on a happy face".  Even if putting on a happy face can be accomplished, making your inner being match your outer expression can be a monumentous endeavor.

Why is this?
Let's delve into the crux of the matter and find an "illuminated solution" that works.

Did you know you were created to look for t
he negative in life - not the positive?

It is  "throw back" to our survival instinct.
On waking or entering a new situation, our brains were designed to immediately/autmatically first hone in on anything - no matter how tiny - negative and deal with it first as it was a potential threat to our survival.

In manifesting gratitute, abundance and success, it is so very important to start each day with a positive attitude and walk on true positivity through out the day.

If you struggle with positivity...

Be mindful of your attitude - monitor it.
If you start out in negativity or slip into negativity at any time.  Stop, take a look around.  Confirm  all around you is safe & then you will find yourself with a blank canvas that you can fill with gratitude, grace and all  things positive.

Be persistant. Do this any time you find yourself in anything other than gratitude or positive living.  Shortly, the switch from a negative attitde to a positive one will be effortless and automatic.
